Wild Wing Cafe in Asheville

I went to WWC to satisfy a craving for wings. My craving was satisfied & Susan was an amazing waitress.

Traditional wings were fine. The 6 piece boneless wings on the other hand 😩 terrible. I’ve NEVER seen wings look so gross!!! Wish I could share the photo🤢

Great staff and great food. Parking is tight but other than that it's a great wing cafe

Unatentive staff but all you can eat on certain days so that's cool

Picked up to go. Food was great, Kurt brought our food to our car with a friendly smile and a nice thank you.

Wings good. Service slow. Poor management or no management, tables open or waiting to be bussed , turning people away, staff moved with no sense of purpose or urgency.

The waitress really seemed like she hated her job and us. I usually tip 25-30% too! We'll go to south Asheville next time for sure! Food was great though, so good job on that!!

First time here.. and it was amazing! Met some awesome locals, the bartenders, Susan and Cassandra were FANTASTIC! The food... phenomenal! Made us feel at home!! Highly recommend stopping in!

I have had mixed experiences here. The service is moderate. Mostly the food is sub-par. The sauces are excellent. I’ve ordered one of the chicken wraps a couple of times and it was all cartilage and kind of inedible. I just recently ordered some of the chicken nuggets. While they tasted fine, the proportion size was absurd for the price. 6 literal bites for $8.16 which unfortunately did not include any fries or side. Pretty disappointing, even an organic serving of the same at any other establishment wouldn’t be nearly that cost. Your portion/cost/quality ratio needs some tweaking.

it was great! we got the sampler appetizer thing and it was the perfect size to share between two without leaving still hungry or overly full. our waitress was daisy and she was incredible! we visited on 12/8/19

The bbq wings were great! The waitress was helpful. The place overall looked good. The wires need to be hidden or updated. Would definitely stop by again!

Don't usually leave food reviews, but this experience was an exception. Food was great, as it always is at wild wings, but our server Nate was awesome. We had our 2 children with us and he made sure to talk with them and was extremely professional. He was top notch and checked on us routinely. We live closer to the Arden location but would come back just to have Nate as our server again.

Came to watch the Ohio State be Michigan game and we had Mallory as our server for the day ... she was attentive, sweet and professional. Great food and drinks. Fun bar and fun people!!!! Thank you Mallory for great service 💗

Shae was AWESOME! Loved our wings and her great service and suggestion were spot on!

Took a long time to be able to place out order, appetizer didn't come out until the meal did, wasn't asked if we wanted refills on drink or another drink, waitress (Susan) didn't offer us a to go box would not go back!!

Stopped in with the wife and lil one, got the buffet....Good as usual.

Service is ok and the food isn't all that. We ordered some wings and a few sides. The food was ok but not great. Asheville has better restaurants than this for wings and drinks.

I was at this location yesterday for lunch and our server was crystal she is an amazing server she was very attentive very helpful and was very on point with everything. There was four of us and she made sure that we were able to get the flavors we wanted that weren't offered on the wing bar. When it was time for check out she also made sure to tell us about the wild cards which we didn't have any idea about I'll be now a frequent customer especially on Tuesdays at this location and I will absolutely ask for Crystal to be my server again. Thank you for such great service!

Fun, friendly place! Our server Jessica is a sweetheart (probably because she's from near my hometown in central FL;), attentive and genuine. Even tho this bar is a chain, they give it a great Asheville local feel with their hospitality and local brews. And sports fans, there are a ridiculous amount of TVs 😃

Good stuff and very good staff. Went there with a group of about 20. Everyone was very attentive, everything delivered promptly.

Our sever Jessica is by far the best server we have ever had at any wild wing we have visited. From knowledge of the beer you carry to her own favorite wing flavor and most popular. This girl should run this place. She is fantastic. Hell yeah visiting from hickory nc. Bring her to hickory now

I was craving some wings, so we looked up nearby restaurants that serve wings. These wings did not disappoint!!! I ate all 18 of mine! Just as outstanding as the wings were, so was the customer service! My wife and I sat outside on the patio. It was a little chilly, so we were the only ones seated outside, but Crystal took good care of us! She was very accommodating and pleasant. She made a good experience great! She helped making our last day on our honeymoon a trip to remember with such delicious dessert! Thank you Crystal!!!

Shoutouts to our server Alisha for great experiences both times I've been here with friends. When a server recognizes you in a busy restaurant, the interaction instills some good vibes. And, as always concerning the food, the boneless option with the variety of sauces is delicious as usual. Rich flavor profiles with great dipping sauce (full fat ranch is always my splurge). Looking forward to coming back here more often for the nighttime loud-party atmosphere!

Everything was closing around town, so we decided to grab a bite to eat around 9:30 pm at Wild Wings. We walked in and were ignored by employees and stared at by everyone in there. We even walked up to the bar to see if we could get service and nope. It wasn’t too busy, but maybe they were short staffed. Either way, I won’t be back.

I went to wild wing cafe about 10 p.m and Crystal was so Very nice and attentive, and the food was amazing!! I will definitely be going back!!

Came here tonight while visiting Asheville. Our waitress was great, the beer was cold and our food was delicious. I really enjoyed my white zombie, wings and jalepeno burger. Everything was really amazing especially given the circumstances of the new safety regulations during the pandemic. Everything was handled so well like there was no pandemic going on. They handled the crowd and food perfectly. Other restaurants are slacking while trying to keep up with the new rules and here comes Wild Wing Cafe handling this like pro's. We will definitely be coming back when we visit again. Great job guys!

There macaroni and cheese is awsome there wings are good as well and the customer service us outstanding

We went to Wild Wing because it was one of the few restaurants open. Even though there were very little people in the restaurant, it took forever food the food to come out and when it did, the chicken fingers we ordered were burnt. They offered to make more which once again took forever. We had to wait because the waiter took my card for payment and then began to socialize with his co-workers so again, another long wait. For one order of wings, chicken fingers and two drinks it was almost $30.00! We drove in from Atlanta and next time we come to Asheville, this is one place we will stay away from.

This is a typical bar type atmosphere with decent food items such as fried potato skins, hamburgers and beer. The band at night is great! The downside is poor service.

The Boss dry rub for the wings is so good. It hits hard at first but once you get used to it, it has a great flavor. We brought our sweet pup and they gave us a booth and brought her some water and we got to decorate an ornament for their tree :) I love how friendly the staff is.

The wings were tasteless, they were very stingy with the sauce. The atmosphere outside while I waited for them to bring my food curbside was very sketchy

Had a fun server named Addy that I know we ran ragged! So this review is to apologize to her, but also sing her praises for being speedy, polite, and engaging! On a side note the wings were cooked exactly how I ordered them. However, back to above server, Addy. What a cool cat. I’ll be back bc of her. Woot! Do servers even see these reviews?! Can someone hug her for me? Haha.

Staff was friendly and the food came out fine. The soup was delicious and the boys pizzas were amazing

My husband and I came here for dinner and the place was practically empty. We waited at least 10 minutes for our waitress and eventually the hostess came up to us and asked if we’ve even seen our waitress, we said no and she kindly took our order. My husband ordered a draft beer and it took forever to even get it. Our waitress was talking to someone at the bar. Not sure if she forgot or just didn’t care. VERY poor service. We will not be returning.

Today my office ordered to-go food (a pretty big order). A box was forgotten with all of our celery, ranch, etc. The manager on duty, Matt Norris was extremely fantastic about it! DROVE IT TO OUR OFFICE within ten minutes! He really went above and beyond and everyone in my office was so impressed! We’ll definitely be ordering Wild Wing Cafe for many, many more office lunches!

Stopped in with my son for his birthday. Got a free brownie and got two amazing burgers! As well as some great chips on the side. Our server Preston made the experience great and always had a smile on his face with great recommendations for the menu!

Excellent selection of beer. Food was very good, and the staff and Karaoke DJ were great. Will definitely be back.

I like this spot although I usually go to the one in Arden. There is parking but it can be limited. I enjoy sitting outside on nice days. I usually get the wings so I know nothing about the burgers here. All of the wing flavors I've tried here are good BUT a little dry for my likening. I just can't get past how good Hooters original flavors are. All n all solid place good service and good food.

The food was absolutely delicious. Despite the crowd, we received excellent service. I would caution people that sports fans frequent this establishment on whichever days sports happen, and can be quite loud. Still, the food is worth the noise, and I do not say that lightly.

Had an amazing experience last night took my date here and our server Crystal was the absolute best ever!! She's really sweet and we seen her checking on everyone there she's the nicest person there! We will absolutely be back!!! We also recommend the fried mushrooms!

The wait for food, even just an order of wings, takes FOREVER. Even on slower nights the wait for food once you've ordered is over 30 minutes. I understand it on the weekends when the place is packed, but on a semi-empty Tuesday? The food is not bad once you finally get it but the wait is obnoxious. It's happened on 3 separate visits. Romaine is an excellent bar tender! Knows his drinks and customers.He’s “Right On” from when you walk in to when you leave. Very welcoming and doesn’t forget to (like some) to see you off - when you’re leaning. I highly recommend people to come on nights when he is tending bar.Bill

Jessica was the server for our 10 top and was amazing and very helpful with choosing a yummy beer. She was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal and while watching football. Wings were good also!

Friendly staff, reasonable prices, tasty but small wings, nachos awesome!! Great place to watch the games too.

Get The Boss wings!Alls I ask is you get the shuffle board tables and such back up to par.
